Since all of the old spiral trees strings needed to be fully replaced (were part of the faulty batch) I decided to completely replace the frames as well and build all new spiral trees from scratch.

The frames are built using a 32″ center pole of EMT conduit with 3D printed top, bottom hub, and supporting arm using the design from InspireLightShows.com. The four legs are 10″ long. They will be anchored with a single rebar stake which passes through the hub and into the center pole.
The old spiral trees (pictured below) which were repurposed decorations had an issue with the lights only being visible when they faced your direction as they spiraled up the tree. That, and there were only about 50 lights for each tree.

The new spiral trees resolve this issue as the EVO pixels light up the white coroplastic from the inside and will be viewable from any angle. There are 100 EVO pixels in each of the 6 spiral trees.
